it begins with a colour…

I spy with my little eye…

something that is red.

The above photos taken at the opening of my very talented Aunt's {Cheryl Ellenberger} art studio.  She is also in the future artist feature line-up so you can look forward to that, but in the meantime, you can check out her blog or if you are in the Bancroft area, make the climb up Cleak Avenue!

Ooooooh…I just love red!! I had to take a little break from your wonderful treasure hunts for a bit, but I’m so glad to be back in time for red :-)
And, since you’ve written about your new adventures in sewing I wanted to invite you over for my first giveaway if you’re interested… it’s for a sewing book & some fabric :-)
Looking forward to spying red this week:-)

We will be in Purdy on Sunday (and staying until the 21st)!!!! If you are going to be up in that area at all, please feel free to drop by the cottage! It’s the first cottage on Purdy lane (across from my grandparents’ farm, your mom knows where it is, but hey, it’s Purdy, you can’t really get lost). =) I can’t wait to get back there.

We won’t be able to get there until Labour Day weekend! Every weekend is BOOKED until then!!
That would have been awesome to finally meet you face to face!
